D4U srl  (or “Controller”), with registered office in Via Strada Vecchia 14 32040 Vodo di Cadore (BL), provides here in this privacy notice (the “Privacy Notice”) for the processing of the personal data of its users (the “Users”), pursuant to Article 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and to the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority (jointly referred to as the “Applicable Privacy Laws”) and may be contacted at the address info@dolomiti4u.com 

Categories of personal data concerned 

The visit and consultation of the Site do not generally involve the collection and processing of personal data of the User except for navigation data and cookies as specified below. Website acquires, during normal navigation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data (such as domain names, IP addresses, operating system used, type of browser device used for connection) are not accompanied by any additional personal information and are used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site, manage control requirements on how to use it or ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes.

The processing of Users' Personal Data is carried out for the following purposes:

to ensure the proper functioning of the web pages and their contents;

managing and responding to requests for technical assistance.

Information request form

The user can send an information request using the appropriate online form on the contact page. The data provided are name, surname, location, province and email address. The purpose is to be able to provide you with the requested services. In this case the legal basis of the processing is represented by the need to execute pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party (letter b) of the art. 6 GDPR).

Rental Booking System:

The user can access the booking platform in the specific area of ​​the website. The service is managed directly by https://www.avantio.com/it.

The processing of personal data provided by you is aimed at the following purposes:

1. to manage your booking and provide the requested services;

2. to fulfill the obligation established by the "Consolidated law on public security laws" (article 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773) which requires us to communicate to the Police Headquarters, for public security purposes, the personal details of the clients accommodated;

3. to fulfill the obligations established by law, including fiscal, accounting and contractual ones;

4. to send periodic communications to your address which mainly concern our offers (direct marketing).

The legal basis of the processing is the execution of contractual or pre-contractual obligations

Newsletter subscription

By subscribing to the newsletter, personal data (email address) is obtained and used for the continuous sending of information of an informative and commercial nature.

For the processing of this data, the consent of the interested party is required through a choice option in the registration form. The user can exercise the revocation of this consent at any time by writing to info@dolomiti4u.com

Extra-EU transfer of Personal Data 

This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with hosting systems and through cloud storage services. The data may be transferred abroad to non-European countries, only after verification of the standard contractual clauses (Standard Contractual Clauses) adopted/approved by the European Commission pursuant to art. 46, par. 2, letter. c) and d) of the GDPR or of the binding rules for the company referred to in the art. 47 of the GDPR. Data to services hosted in the United States, such as to Google LLC, is permitted under the Data Privacy Framework.

Users' Personal Data will be processed for the time necessary to grant the User with the access to the requested Services

Users’ Rights

The Users , as data subjects of the processing, are granted with the following rights under the Applicable Privacy Laws: 

obtain confirmation as to whether or not its Personal Data are being processed and their communication in an intelligible form; 

know the origin of the Personal Data, the purposes of the processing and its modalities, as well as the logic applied to the processing carried out by electronic means; 

request updating, rectification or the integration of Personal Data;

obtain the deletion, anonymization or the blocking of any Personal Data processed in violation of the law and to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing;

revoke the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness processing based on the consent given before the revocation;

obtain restriction of processing,

oppose the processing of Personal Data; 

receive the Personal Data concerning the Users and provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to transmit such personal data to another controller (so called “data portability”); 

lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority

The complete list of external data processors will be made available to the Users upon written request sent to info@dolomiti4u.com.

If D4U srl, or a person in charge of the latter, needs to resort to a sub-processor in order to carry out one or more specific processing activities, the same obligations regarding the protection of Personal Data will be imposed on such sub-processor as those existing between the Controller and the processor, in accordance with and for the purposes of the Applicable Privacy Laws.
