It is located in via Roma, a central area of Cortina d'Ampezzo, near the famous "Corso Italia", the pedestrian and main street of the town with its numerous bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Ideal for families looking for comfort and well-being.
The apartment is 120 square meters and is on two levels. It is furnished with taste and with attention to details. It has a cosy living area with a large comfortable corner sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Tyrolean stove, and wood table with and bench. The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to a small balcony. In the sleeping area there are three comfortable double bedrooms. Each room has its own private bathroom; one with shower and two with bath-tub and TV. Available also a washing machine and a guest bathroom. The car can be parked in the garage or in the outside yard. The house has an elevator. Attention to detail is definitely the main feature of this apartment which is very well suited for a family vacation or for a group of friends in search of comfort and amusement, at two steps from the center of Cortina.

Because of its position it is an ideal apartment for all those who love peace and contact with nature. Composed of a large living area with a beautiful living room furnished with two comfortable sofas and LCD TV, a dining area with wooden table and bench-tour. Functional kitchen with oven and dishwasher. In the sleeping area there are 3 beautiful bedrooms, including two doubles, and one with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower, one of which is accessible from the double bedroom. House surrounded by nature and near the lively center of Cortina and the beautiful ski slopes of the Faloria / Cristallo area. The location is really strategic as it is located in the middle of the green in a quiet and secluded area and at the same time is a stone's throw from the famous "Corso Italia", pedestrian and main street of the town with its many clubs, restaurants, shops and boutique. It’s a cozy apartment, recently renovated and fully equipped. The house offers everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful stay in the Dolomites. The apartment has a bright living area consisting of two sofas, LCD TV and a dining table with wooden bench and chairs. The living room has two large windows that make the living area extremely bright and welcoming. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and has private access to the bathroom with a bidet and a bathtub with shower. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and a small private bathroom with a sink and toilet. Guests have access to a terrace, an outdoor parking space and Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is perfect for a family holiday in search of tranquility, but at the same time very close to the social life of the center of Cortina that can be reached by foot in few minutes.
